Terms of Service

1. The Service

draib analyzes short video clips of athletic strokes and produces AI-generated coaching reports comparing your mechanics against reference videos. Pose detection runs in your browser; report generation uses a third-party large language model.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact email below if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Plans

• Free — one analysis, no payment required.
• Pro — €14.99 per month. Unlimited analyses, multi-video progression, handedness mirroring.
• Coach — €79 per month for up to 20 students. Coach dashboard, voice notes, branded reports.

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law, or shown plus tax at checkout where they are not. Plan specifics are described on our pricing page and may evolve; changes affect renewal periods only.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Card details are entered with Stripe directly — we never see or store them.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable consumer law (e.g. the EU right of withdrawal within 14 days of first purchase, where it applies), payments are non-refundable for partial periods. You can request a refund by emailing hello@draib.app.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of every video, note, audio recording, and comparison you upload ("Your Content").

By uploading Your Content, you grant draib a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, process, and display it for the sole purpose of operating the Service for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups retained for the periods described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload. If you upload videos of other people (for example, as a coach uploading footage of a student), you confirm you have their permission to do so.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service in a way that disrupts it.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, billing, or security controls.
• Use the Service to harass, dox, or surveil another person.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Coach plan — coach and student relationship

The Coach plan lets coaches invite students into a shared workspace. By accepting an invite, a student grants the coach access to the sessions, comparisons, and notes shared inside that workspace. Either party can dissolve the relationship at any time from their account; doing so revokes future access but does not delete content already shared.

Coaches are responsible for handling student data — including minors' data — in compliance with applicable laws.

7. AI-generated content

Coaching reports are produced by a large language model and may contain errors or omissions. They are informational only and are not a substitute for in-person coaching, medical advice, physiotherapy, or any professional judgement. You use them at your own risk.

8. Health and injury disclaimer

draib is a coaching tool, not a medical device. If a drill, correction, or technique suggested by a report causes pain, stop and consult a qualified professional. We are not liable for injuries arising from your use of the Service.

9. Intellectual property

The Service — including the software, design, branding, and reference video library curated by us — is owned by draib or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service; nothing else.

10. Service availability and changes

We work to keep draib available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features over time. Where a change materially reduces the value of a paid plan, we will tell you and give you a fair opportunity to cancel.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as content licences for backups, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, draib's total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and (b) €100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, liability for fraud or gross negligence).

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which draib is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protections of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
